Owner / Operator
Robert Gleeson, the owner of Cape May Contracting, has been a resident of Cape May for many years. In 2013, after accumulating extensive knowledge and experience in the craft, he decided to establish his own contracting company. As his business started to flourish, he started recruiting skilled individuals to join his team. Bob is a highly adept builder renowned for his exceptional craftsmanship. Possessing a deep understanding of historical building construction and structural nuances, he brings valuable expertise in historical structures spanning from the modern era all the way back to the late 1700s.
Steve Steger
Business Manager
Steve Steger, a graduate of Monmouth University and Vice President of Steger Beach Service Inc., joined Cape May Contracting in 2013 as Business Manager. With a strong business operations background, he has greatly contributed to the company's success. Steve excels in financial management and project accounting, streamlining office operations and improving productivity. He also plays a key role in marketing and business development. Overall, Steve's track record and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the company's operations and market position.
